Down the rabbithole.
Gothamist brings news of a new restaurant and café in Williamsburg, the Rabbithole, at 352 Bedford Avenue. The full kitchen isn’t open yet (a liquor license is pending), but the restaurant won’t be unfamiliar to fans of the old Read Café — also owned by Laurence Elliot. (Look for the same house coffee blend.) As for the menu, it’s the usual café assortment of panini, salads, and the like. But from the sound of it, some of the old Read Café spirit may yet hover over the Rabbithole.
