Corton, the Drew Nieporent–Paul Liebrandt collaboration, will open tomorrow, Eater reports. In their preview, Rob and Robin said to expect a $76 prix fixe with "dishes like crispy amadai with garlic, Serrano ham, and young coconut juice, and desserts by Robert Truitt." [Eater]
