Brother Jimmy’s San Juan better take a nice hard look at this before it flips the switch on its mechanical bull this weekend — screenwriter Aaron Schnore is suing Johnny Utah’s because he was hurt after that bull’s operator "whipped it up into a violent frenzy" and tossed him, which a lawyer equates to assault and battery. Question is, will the judge scream “YEE-HAW” as he, um, tosses this out of court? [NYDN]
