Al Roker Gets Baked on ‘Today’

This morning on Today, Baked owners Matt Lewis and Renato Poliafito tried to out-enthuse Al Roker during a cooking demo to promote their new cookbook. Roker prepares the no-cook peanut-butter pie with aplomb, though his assertion that the trio are “strong manly men” is said with intensity, not irony.
