David Rodolitz and Adam Elzer, the guys behind Impulse Productions, are opening Citrine tonight in the former Snitch space. A press release touts its location in the “iconic Chelsea neighborhood” — also worth noting that it’s next to Porky’s. Either way, these guys are responsible for the parties at Upstairs and Garden of Ono, so you know they’ll bring some kind of noise. Opening-week highlights: Richie Rich’s CD launch tonight, Samantha Ronson on Tuesday, and Radar’s Halloween party on Wednesday. The place changes colors, see. Actually it kind of reminds us of that other place that changed colors, where Manor now is, and where the Pink Elephant used to be. What was the name of that place?
