It looks like Soho House’s current chef is staying on despite Neil Ferguson’s recent move there. Says Ferguson in a statement: “I am thrilled to be joining the Soho House team as Executive Chef and look forward to working alongside resident chef Andrea Cavaliere. Together, we’ll be creating some exciting additions to the private club’s menu which we’ll be revealing in the near future. Soho House has a great energy and I have enjoyed many an evening in both the New York and London properties.”

Meanwhile in other Brit chef news (okay, we know this segue is a stretch), Fergus Henderson, the world champion of head-to-tail cooking, is in the kitchen at the Spotted Pig on Sunday and at Momofuku Noodle Bar on Monday. Both dinners are open to walk-ins, though we suspect they’ll be jam-friggin-packed with industry types who’ve pulled strings to claim seats. Nevertheless, Eater has Henderson’s menu. Is a $55 Pot-Roast Half Pig’s Head for two worth braving the stampede? Let’s discuss that in line. Bring a lawn chair and a sleeping bag.
