As noted earlier, Nello was briefly shuttered owing to a failure to pay taxes ($1.8 million, it turns out), but the restaurant has opened again and all is well: “There was some misunderstanding and miscalculations,” says Nello Balan. “I have fired my accountants.” [NYP]
