Black Pearl, the restaurant that shuttered after getting the Kitchen Nightmares treatment, has issued a scathing farewell letter blaming Gordon Ramsay for a 50 percent drop in revenues, and complaining that the producers of the show staged situations and hired actors to pose as diners.
