We’ve gotten wind that Noah Tepperberg, owner of Marquee, is the latest operator to pursue the Earth space in West Chelsea — a nice get since its 2,500 square feet fits 299 and has two bars and a full kitchen. He’s headed to a Community Board 4 meeting tonight to plead his case for a liquor-license transfer, and assures us via an exclusive statement, “We have been working with the top security, traffic, and noise consultants to develop a remodeling plan that will address all known community-minded issues and hopefully we will be welcomed by CB4, as we are looking forward to our new opening or new digs in early 2009.” Noted! And more on this as it develops.
