The bag has it that Seymour Burton will be reborn in about a month as Butcher Bay, a seafood pub (hmmm is two a trend?). As we reported earlier, they're taking cues from Maryland. So there will be pan-fried Maryland-style fried chicken, and also crabcakes, fish and chips, and the fried oyster and bacon po boy we did at Seymour Burton will make a return.
