A First Look at Vinegar Hill House, Opening Tomorrow
This week the magazine brings news of Vinegar Hill House’s opening, the solo debut of former Freemans chef Jean Adamson and her husband, Sam Buffa. Up till now, we’ve only gotten to see the space as it appeared in a movie — as a butcher shop — but by the looks of the magazine’s photo shoot, it turned out quite lovely, and very reminiscent of Freemans Sporting Club Barbershop, which Buffa also owns. Check out the slideshow; this charmer opens tomorrow at 5 p.m. Or soft-opens, anyway, as it still hasn’t gotten the liquor license it applied for back in June.
