If you own a wineshop, you may as well open a wine bar. (Worked out for the Jake Walk.) Aaron Hans of Big Nose Full Body has opened Brookvin, which serves glasses starting at $6 and sausage made by former Savoy cook Dave Townsend. Click through the slideshow to get a look at the place.
