Steven Kamali of Stevens & Co. is repping two properties on Chrystie Street. One of them is Kush, the veteran hookah lounge originally located on Orchard. The other one, we’re afraid, is its neighbor 205 Club, which enjoyed a moment of glory back when Aaron Bonderoff was creative director but recently ran afoul with the SLA. The bilevel space is on the market for $16,000 per month plus an $800,000 fixture fee (Kush is going for $450,000 plus $17,900 a month). The 205 space comes with a very rare thing indeed — a Lower East Side cabaret license — so it may well be a hot property. So does this mean there has been some resolution with 205’s case against the SLA? We’ll let you know as soon as we get an update from the club.
