The Bocuse d’Or competition, a.k.a. the culinary Olympics, is under way in Lyon and the Times is blogging it. The scandal so far: The Norwegian unpeeled prawns arrived frozen, not fresh. Hopefully not an issue for Timothy Hollingsworth and Team USA. [Diner's Journal/NYT]
