This hit the Times website last week, but it’s too cool not to point out — check out the panoramic view of Elaine Kaufman’s Upper East Side apartment (what, you thought she slept at Elaine’s, too?) that accompanies a story about her “Fortress of Solitude.” No sign of Last Call at Elaine’s on the bookshelf.
