On Saturday, West Village Neapolitan spot Number 28 is serving some decidedly non-D.O.C. pies by the name of Seafood Seduction (shrimp, clams, and an oyster; $20), Valentine’s Day Decadence (Robiola cheese, smoked salmon, and black caviar; $22), and Chocolate Amore (Nutella, bananas, and strawberries; $10).
