And small things too, like we try to use only linens we have to no unnecessary dirtying and washing. So, dont slosh that wine all over the place! Oh, and another thing wash your hands before and after you touch the menu. As the one and only John Tesh points out in a rather icky Tweet, that never gets cleaned at all.
