Michael White, of Convivio and Alto, shows Metromix a few of the dishes that’ll be served when Marea opens in the old San Domenico space in May: Check out the sea urchin, sea-bass crudo, and a dish described as “baby fennel crisped up in an ice-water bath; tiny grape tomatoes; micro basil and celery.” [Metromix]
