Cambodian num pang may topple the Vietnamese bánh mì from the summit of the Southeast Asian Sandwich mountain, predict Rob Patronite and Robin Raisfeld. The sandwich offshoot of Kampuchea, Num Pang is expected to open this weekend (a message at the restaurant says "soon"), but get a sneak peek inside by viewing the slideshow.
