Tonda Opens Soon

An interview with Bob Giraldi and Luigi Comandatore reveals that Tonda, their pizza place in the old E.U. space, will open March 24. Dario Milanin, who ran a pizzeria in Italy before coming to Giraldi and Comandatore’s other place, Bread, will be involved, as will a Naples chef deploying a $30,000 custom-built, rotating, wood-fired oven.
