As mentioned in this weeks magazine, the brother-and-sister team behind Williamsburgs Rose Live Music have upgraded their basement restaurant with a new chef (Molly Del Monte, late of Little Giant), manager (Hugh Crickmore, from Mas), and name (Vutera).
