After you've found your Easter basket and separated jelly beans according to deliciousness, it's time for more food. Many restaurants throughout the city are offering special holiday menus for brunch or dinner. We’ve called out some notable offerings, but check with your favorite spot to see what’s available.

Eleven Madison Park
Logistics: Seating from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.; four-course prix fixe is $98 per person.
Menu Highlights: Nova Scotia Lobster poached with spring carrots, ginger and vadouvan granola; Colorado lamb herb roasted with eggplant, crispy panise, cumin, and sheep’s milk yogurt; chocolate tart with caramel and Maldon Sea salt.

David Burke Townhouse
Logistics: Three-course brunch served from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for $48 per person.
Menu Highlights: Easter “Egg in Nest” (braised short ribs and truffle cornbread); crackling ham shank with sweet-potato purée and pineapple glaze; “Chocolate Egg Hunt,” crunchy milk-chocolate mousse and Brooklyn egg cream.

One If by Land, Two If by Sea

Logistics: Dinner served between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m.; three-course menu is $65 per person.
Menu Highlights: Quail “a la plancha” with almond purée, roasted grapes, ramps; individual Beef Wellington with spring vegetables, foie gras sabayon.

BLT Market
Logistics: Three-course brunch served between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.; $95 per person.
Menu Highlights: Peas and rock-shrimp risotto with Coach Farm goat cheese and caper-lemon brown butter; maple leaf duck two ways with spring onion and red-currant jus.

Dovetail

Logistics: Three-course prix fixe brunch served from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., $35 per person; dinner served from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. as three-course prix fixe ($55) or five-course tasting menu ($70).
Menu Highlights: Shirred eggs with brazed short ribs, truffles, peas; halibut confit with morel mushrooms, English peas, and mint.

Eighty One

Logistics: Three-course meal served from noon to 8 p.m.; $48 per person, $30 for children 10 and younger.
Menu Highlights: New Bedford sea scallop a la plancha with grapefruit, chiles, organic Satur Farm carrots, mâche; slow-cooked chicken with chickpeas and harissa; and fudge brownie and peanut-butter ice-cream sandwich.

Tailor
Logistics: Three-course prix fixe brunch served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $45, includes specialty cocktail like beet sangria or blood-orange mimosa. Wear an “Easter headdress” and you could win a free meal.
Menu Highlights: French toast with brown-butter ice cream; eggs Benedict with chorizo hollandaise.

River Café
Logistics: Four-course prix fixe served between 12:30 and 8:30 p.m.; $98 per person.
