Emeril Lagasse indulges in Burgundy wine, truffles, and caviar, he told us last night at the Food Bank for New York’s annual Can-Do Awards dinner. But his guilty edible pleasure is Zapp’s potato chips, frozen. Frozen? “Yeah. It’s something that freezing them does,” he sort of explained. “It coagulates the peanut oil or something.”
