Macao Trading Co. has added Momofuku-esque pork buns (stuffed with kimchi and cucumber) to its late-night program. The rest of the menu follows (served from midnight till 3:30 a.m., seven days). Also new is an “industry” party (akin to the ones at sister bar Employees Only) from 5 p.m. till 4 a.m. on Mondays. Chef-chasers, take note!
