Ruby’s tells us, via its new website, that it’s still waiting on a lease (the Coney Island dive was optimistic when we checked in a little over a week ago). Meanwhile, one of Coney’s other outdoor bars, Peggy O’Neill’s, is still open, but Bay Ridge Blog reports that its more endearing (if nowhere near as sunny) sister location has gone the way of the dodo. We’re told the owner sold it.
