Here it is, folks: Tracy Westmoreland’s new joint in Prospect Heights. Earlier today, he told us not much has changed since the place was the “shady” Ripple Bar. The man wasn’t lying about cheap booze — that is a $5 beer and shot special you see posted. Somehow we neglected to inquire about the bottle-smashing policy, but if it’s anything like Siberia’s, expect it to be suitably filthied up after tomorrow’s opening.
