What to Eat at Clerkenwell

Clerkenwell, the LES gastropub that manages to be a trendy restaurant type in a trendy neighborhood, will open tomorrow. Eater has photos, but weve got the dinner menu. Chef Shay Kelly, who cooked for nine years in London, calls it classical, very English sort of gastropub food.

Slow-roasted belly of pork, parsnip puree, baby onions & baby carrots
