Before Dave Arnold opens that cocktail bar with Johnny Iuzzini, he’ll commandeer the bar at L’Ecole once a month, according to Fork in the Road. Look for pork-rind cracker jacks and a “Long Island Bubble Iced Tea,” made with vodka distilled with tea, tapioca pearls, and some nitrous for carbonation. [Fork in the Road/VV]
