The Fulton Stall Market (the farmers market thats coming to South Street Seaport) has announced the lineup of vendors thatll be in place when it opens May 22 and May 23 (the market will be open on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.). Each vendor will occupy a former fish-market stall along South Street, and the operation will be overseen by Sara Weeks Dima, a former GM at City Bakery. Heres the press releases vendor descriptions. Bread Alone, Boiceville, N.Y. - Their European-style, organic breads and handcrafted pastries have been baked fresh each daily in their Hudson Valley bakery for over 25 years.

New York Winestand - Made possible by the New York Wine & Grape Foundation, they feature a rotating selection of winegrowers from Long Island, the Finger Lakes, the Hudson River Valley as well as other regions. In addition, there are plans to host several chef demonstrations pairing local foods with wine.
