Grant Achatz, the Feature Film

Back in January, we learned that there was a documentary in the works about Chicago's Grant Achatz and his restaurant, Alinea. Chatting with him at the Beards last night, MenuPages Chicago writer Helen Rosner learned that there's a possibility for a feature film, too. Achatz, who almost lost his tongue to cancer, is certainly perfect Hollywood fodder, and the chef isn't shy about casting suggestions, either. His look-alike picks: Edward Norton and Ethan Hawke.
