Openings Preview: Veloce Pizza, Civetta, and Jo’s

Though the magazine isn’t out till Monday, we have a special preview of next week’s openings for Grub Street readers. The news is good: Pizza! Frederick Twomey and Porchetta’s Sara Jenkins will open Veloce Pizza in the old Solex space, Rob Patronite and Robin Raisfeld tell us. Civetta and Jo’s will also open next week. The former is a new venture from the husband-and-wife team behind Sfoglia. Jo’s is an American bistro in the old Tasting Room space that serves small plates, pastas, and $9 cocktails.
