We’ll add one more to Eater’s list of porchetta options you might not yet know about: Di Palo’s serves an amazingly succulent, crispy homemade porchetta every Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday (as opposed to the imported one they normally carry — a sorry substitute for the real deal). It’s a well-worth-it $12.99 per pound — combine it with the store’s fresh ciabatta bread and you’re in business.
