Join us for Sunday supper and help us welcome Danish chef and food writer Trina Hahnemann, to celebrate the release of her new book, The Scandinavian Cookbook. Well cook from Trinas book with a menu including Smorrebrod, Cods Roe on rye bread, Baked Veal with Rhubarb, sweet and sour cucumber salad and barley salad, Rhubarb Trifle and Medaljer. Dinner includes beer and Aquavits and a copy of Trinas book, her first to be published in English.
