Zoë filed for bankruptcy this week, the second Soho restaurant to seek government protection this month. While Tailor will try mixology classes to attract needed revenue, Zoë hopes a new chef and a Greenmarket-centric menu will resuscitate the restaurant. Co-owner Stephen Leffredo told Crain’s that he’s in talks with a candidate who is “not one of the Iron Chefs, but he’s someone in New York who is a rising star.” We’d guess newly freed agent Ryan Skeen if there were more pork in the forecast.
