The folks at the Voice have issued a top-ten list of New York pizzas, and with Di Fara ranking second and Lucali nowhere to be found, it’s obviously a rebuke to Alan Richman’s recent list. What’s more, aside from Motorino there are no new-wave pies to be found. The one that’s most notably absent, considering it made so many “best restaurants in the universe” lists after it opened: Co. So has Co. hype officially died down, or is the Voice just being averse (as always) to the sort of food trends that Endless Simmer is ranting against today?
