We don’t get why NY Barfly is so surprised that Barbounia is making a cocktail with aloe-vera juice. The stuff is sold everywhere in Chinatown, in various fruity flavors (we’ve even had Calpico water with aloe — not bad … ) and our experience mixing it with tequila was so good we tweeted about it.
