Danny Meyer Confirms Public Fare
It’s official — true to rumors, Hudson Yards will be opening a new concession, Public Fare, at the Public Theater at the Delacorte in Central Park. The press release reads: “Public Fare will serve a well-sourced, simply-prepared menu ideally suited to outdoor dining in the park from Hudson Yards’ Executive Chef Robb Garceau and USHG Culinary Director Michael Romano. This concession will be open initially from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. (but will remain open through intermission on performance nights) feeding both guests of The Delacorte and park patrons alike beginning in early June.”
