We’re still bummed that we missed Morimoto spanking Tailor’s Sam Mason in a recent episode of Iron Chef (we had to settle for a recap that mentions Mason making skirt-steak ice cream), but a new episode on July 5 will find Sue Torres of Sueños taking on Bobby Flay in a southwestern duel. On July 12, Akhtar Nawab of Elettaria goes up against Michael Symon. This time we’re TiVo-ing.
