New Yorks Rob Patronite and Robin Raisfeld may have singled out Emporios guanciale, kale, and béchamel pie as one of top twenty of the moment, but pizzaiolo Giuseppe Cangialosi has taken it off the menu! Shouldnt be surprising, since he told them, No one orders this, because they dont understand it. In its place, youll now find three new offerings: San Marzano, buffalo mozzarella with artichoke, mushroom, and ham; a spicy soppressata with San Marzano and buffalo mozzarella; and an olive, caper, and anchovy.
