Nation’s Restaurant News has the story about the Pizza Hut app (as you can see in the fascinating demo video, you can shake your phone to sauce your wings, as well as stretch pies into different sizes and order from virtual waiters), and Dunkin’ sent us a press release about its new frozen cappuccino (as well as the online ordering) that mentions the “coffee wars.” So wait, Dunkin’ is now engaged in coffee wars and doughnut wars? History taught them nothing about the dangers of ruthlessly expanding while fighting wars on multiple fronts?
