Compulsively creative chef David Burke, né davidburke, reopened his much renovated David Burke Townhouse last night. Along with a new meat-carving station which "provides guests with a sense of theatre" (chickens doing Chekhov, racks of lamb performing Gilbert and Sullivan!), there's a new and expanded menu, combining dishes of David Burke past and newly concocted ones.
