David Chang’s next restaurant will be in the old Town space in the Chambers Hotel, Diner's Journal confirms. (The ’bag first raised the rumor.) The food will be French Vietnamese, by Tien Ho, a former chef de cuisine at Ssäm. Expect a late-fall opening and a design by Daniel Boulud favorite Thomas Schlesser. Chang is currently on vacation in California, where he went for a rest after an aneurysm scare. [Diner's Journal/NYT]
