Earlier, Bon Appétit released some details about their annual event series and pop-up cafe, the Supper Club (September 21–25), but only now do we have the cafe’s full menu. It just went up on their site, and the good news is: If you watched Rick Bayless on Top Chef Masters and were curious to see what the fuss was about, you’ll now be able to order his skirt-steak salad as well as his creamy corn soup. Nate Appleman is also sharing his recipes with New Yorkers ahead of the opening of Pulino’s, via a veggie sandwich and a tuna-and-bread salad.
