The Atlantic offers a glimpse of what the New Amsterdam Market will look like when it sets up between Peck Slip and the old Fulton Fish Market this Sunday: There’ll be chickens from Bo Bo’s Poultry, pickles from Brooklyn Brine, tortillas from Hot Bread Kitchen, olive-oil pastries from Diner alumna Caroline Fidanza’s new bakery, Saltie, barley-honey lollipops from Liddabit Sweets, popsicles from People’s Pops, plus “a tiny company that harvests four kinds of seaweed from off the coast of Maine.” According to the full lineup, Sara Jenkins of Porchetta will also be offering “classic Italian market fare.”
