Steve Cuozzo’s rant against Nello fell on deaf ears, at least where Jay-Z is concerned. According to Guest of a Guest, Jigga dropped a $500 tip on his $1,200 lunch there (not quite the $19,000 Mikhail Prokhorov blew, but still). Cuozzo, don’t even start: He runs this town.
