At the Crosby Bar, “you can eat or drink anywhere in the high-ceilinged space, at any hour of day, from a gluten-free breakfast of organic barley with stone-fruit compote to a proper English tea,” explain Rob Patronite and Robin Raisfeld in the magazine this week. The multipurpose restaurant-lounge for the new Crosby Street hotel — the first U.S. venture from Britain’s Firmdale Hotels — will also have old- and new-fashioned cocktails. Click through the slideshow to scope out the cavernous, carnival-bright design.
