Megu Is Latest to Be Accused of Wage Violations

Three years after being named in a sexual harassment lawsuit, Megu has become the latest object of fair-wage crusader Maimon Kirschenbaum’s attention. Today the lawyer, who has previously targeted Japonais, among several other high-profile restaurants, helped a Megu employee of three years, Allen Ipanque Cordova, file a lawsuit alleging that he worked below minimum wage and was forced to share tips with management. The complaint, which you can read below, asserts that the practice was company-wide.
