“Civetta has abruptly laid off most of its staff and is closing for one month to make way for a new concept,” reports PX This. The informant says Paul Sevigny may be involved with the takeover. The restaurant declined to comment when we called, but did say it was booked through December for private events and would not take reservations until January.
