David Chang was on The Martha Stewart Show this morning, preparing recipes from the Momofuku cookbook. Part of writing a book is having to sell it, and authors will usually go anywhere to shill their title. While Martha’s sizeable audience is nothing to disregard, it is a little less, uh, edgy than the chef may be used to.
