Gabriel Stulman Sues Former Little Owl Partners
Gabriel Stulman, who left his managing duties at Little Owl and Market Table and opened Joseph Leonard on his own, is suing his former partners, Mike Price and Joey Campanaro, for breach of contract. The complaint, which has been posted by Cityfile, accuses Price and Campanaro of performing an illegal merger in order to cut him out of the business without consent, and then failing to pay Stulman his 20 percent share of company profits. Stulman is seeking damages of at least $437,000, as well as an order and judgment declaring him to be a member in good standing of the company.
